The practice now offers appointments when your Gp practice is closed through the Extended Access service across Stoke on Trent.

These are bookable appointments with a GP who has access to your medical records and who are based at Haywood hospital, Bradwell hospital and Hanley walk in centre.

These appointments are booked through 111 or your local GP surgery who will advise what appointments are available and when and where.

There are also nurse appointments available for  routine review of stable conditions such as COPD, asthma or diabetes where patients are unable to attend their own surgery due to work etc, these can be booked through your own GP practice.

To find out more information, please contact your local GP practice 01782 219075.

Did you know you can now book appointments online? and request repeat medication online? Please ask at reception who can set you up.
